Booking Deposits

When booking any of our services, a deposit may be required for bookings over a certain value. Please note:

  • In the event of cancellation, any funds paid will be forfeited.

If you cancel within 7 days of your event, 50% of the total booking fee will be due. This allows us some opportunity to rebook the equipment, although the chances reduce as the event date approaches.

Cancellations Within 24 Hours of the Event

For cancellations made within the final 24 hours, 100% of the booking fee will be required. The short notice leaves us unable to reallocate the equipment, and full payment is necessary.

Adverse Weather Conditions

We understand that weather can be unpredictable. If poor weather prevents your event from going ahead, we will make every effort to reschedule your booking. However, if rescheduling is not possible, the standard cancellation policy will still apply. We recommend planning for contingencies when booking outdoor events.
